Approach to Clinical Care

I strive to provide clinical services that are practical and informed by research.

 

I do not employ a receptionist or any other support professionals. Therefore, when you call, I will always be the one that answers the phone. Whether it is a scheduling question, billing inquiry or clinical question, you will always speak with me.

I am thorough and collaborative.  Typically, I obtain information from multiple sources as appropriate including parents, partners, spouses, teachers and other healthcare professionals (e.g. physicians) with your consent. This allows me to develop a more comprehensive understanding of what may be contributing to you or your family member's difficulties and how I may best help you.

Finally, I do my best to ensure that clients are informed about the evaluation process, have an opportunity to ask questions and are provided with a clear and thorough explanation of the evaluation results.
